Terraced House for sale
The curb appeal of this home on the right was in need of some TLC. The broken wall and bright blue garage door would put off any prospective buyer so measures were taken to attract more interest.
We repainted the exterior walls in a warmer shade of cream to compliment the neighbours house. This made the home look twice as large for the viewer’s first impression of the property.
The front wall was repaired, the inner wall removed & the garage & door painted green. Gates were installed to provide a larger private front garden & parking place.
