This service can be arranged either as part of a full staging service or available as a seperate support service to sellers wishing to declutter only.
An hourly rate of £25 applies +mileage
Leaving rooms messy before a viewing will be like sucking away your profit the moment a potential buyer sees it, why? - because they assume there is inadequete storage and they won't be able to fit their own belongings into the space.
One-to-one clutter clearing sessions can help you let go of unwanted clutter that has been hanging around for months or even years in some cases.

Typical examples include unwanted Christmas presents, ex-relationship's belongings, clothes that have not been worn for several years in the hope you can still fit into them "one day" (yes, guilty as charged!).
