This was a period cotswold town cottage in Cirencester with 4/5 bedrooms. Having struggled to sell for 18months, Dee's House Doctor advice & staging techniques were put into action to turn around the presentation & sell faster. It was unfurnished other than one or two pieces so Dee injected some new life & styling elegance to add interest when it was returned to the market for sale. A complete redecoration for this residential home for sale was acheived including a new kitchen, recarpeting in several rooms, interior/exterior paintwork throughout the property, and driveway & patio makeovers for extra curb appeal.

When Dee was given the task of staging the property not all the building work was complete so specification of colours schemes, styling, furniture rental & soft furnishings were incorporated into the project proposal.
